A successful project starts with a solid plan.
Projects begin with a reason, a problem needs to be solved, or an opportunity to be achieved. They go through design and development, the team gets paid, and the client is happy. Along the way, there are many decisions to make, and they all have to fit within the allowed time and budget for the project. A good plan gives guidance throughout the process so that everyone is aligned in working towards the goal.
When I begin working with a client, we need to find out what's going on, and how I can help.
I need to share my perspective and how my process will deliver results. I need to get access to people to see how they operate and work together.
The product of this audit will be an analysis of the current situation and how much is already in place and working well. It will list factors and suggestions that impact performance that we can address through additional engagements.
