A great website is a combination of factors.
It looks good, it's well structured, and it works great.
If you start simple, you can avoid complexity that is hard to structure, and avoid creating features that are confusing to use.
If you lay down some work that's not quite right and then add some more, now you have 2 problems.
If you improve your first iteration before moving on, now you have no problems.
The Flow state is when your mind is focused and you're seamlessly going from one task to the next, getting a lot of work done.
When you're riding a bike, your motions are rhythmic and repetitive. You can pedal faster or slower, but either way your movement is efficiently moving you forward and you can feel the progress.
As creative professionals, we could be in the flow, or dragging our feet and the day's output will be wildly different.
How do you bring something up to get it addressed? The person with the problem may not speak up, so it helps to ask. That goes for managers or anyone on the team.
